underwhelming stay
unhelpful staff loud party
the food was good.
The reception staff seemed unhelpful. A guest made noise near my room, and no action was taken about it. the party was very loud near the room we were in.

The spread for breakfast impressed me! cut fruits, fresh grape juice, boiled egg, bread toast, omelette, potato wedges, poori & curry, and coffee and tea were all available. the hotel sits at the top of a mountain. It really feels like a forest surrounds it. the staff were very supportive and service minded.
The housekeeping seemed slow to remove plates left outside the villa rooms. the food buffet was not as good. It had limited choices. the curries were of average quality. The breads were not freshly made and were a bit chewy.

wonderful stay!
easy transport yoga mats sunset view
the hotel arranged transport easily. borrowing yoga mats was simple. the pool offers a beautiful view, especially at sunset. the buffet had pan-indian and international options, also a very high standard with fresh fruit.
I found arranging early check-in difficult. The standard check-in time wasn't ideal, and early hours incurred charges.

the breakfast buffet had a great value for price. i would prefer more english breakfast options like cereals, yogurt, and fruit. the staff was amazing and helpful. we saw bison during our tea plantation walk organized by the hotel.

The dinner buffet was excellent. I found various options. The staff packed a great breakfast for my departure. The service was great, and the facilities met my needs, I will go back!
The hotel does not serve alcohol. A bar is important to some people, including me.
